Rachel is the most amazing trainer I've ever used. She has trained 2 dogs for me. One became a therapy dog that worked with me at Skyridge high school and the elementaries in that area. He is loved by all the students because Rachel taught him how to see and love on the kids that need his help. My second dog, Caliber, was a super driven, hyperactive, and out of control pup. Rachel took him for a month and brought him back to us a gentle sweet and obedient pup. Rachel saved him from being re-homed as I was at my wits end. She also taught me and my family how to reinforce all those lessons she taught them so they would continue being the best pups I've ever had.
Rachel is awesome! Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great dog trainer or a safe place to board your pup while out of town.

Salt City K9, is amazing. We own a very spirited little dog who was in much need of some training and discipline. 6 weeks later our little dog was a changed girl, she is happy and healthy and eager to please us. She has been a good dog ever since!

I’ve used them for boarding a bunch of times and for training. Rachel has been great to work with. Very communicative, very knowledgeable. My dog’s in good spirits every time I pick him up and happy to see Rachel or run into their yard when we drop off. I’ve come away with a bunch of good ideas of training…and on general TLC for my pup along the way. Highly recommend. Continues to be my go to.

Rachel was an excellent trainer for our 6 month old pup Matty! We continue to keep in contact with her for advice and expertise. She is always willing to assist us in the continuing process of training Matty, through phone calls, home visits, plus board and train options. We have a German shepherd, and he absolutely has a mind of his own! Training with Salt City K9 completely made his big personality manageable.
At some points I was worried he would be too much for our family, but he has been turned into such a good boy. I constantly get complements when I am out with him on how well he behaves. He is even obedient around other dogs (and is only 1 year old right now)!
What i value most though is the great communication and honest and up front information. She didn't sugar coat the potential issues of having a German shepherd. Even though our training is over, she is happy to answer questions to help keep his training fresh.
